These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Louessa online store and to every purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our store

Louessa ("we", "us") operates this store on Shopify. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, including sizes in inches. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. If a product is listed at a wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you. Payment is taken when you place your order. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue; if we do, we refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Your account and information

You agree to give accurate information when you order. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including texts, photos, graphics and the Louessa name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to disrupt it, to access it without authorization, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our store and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
