Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, before you pay. Delivery times start once your order has shipped.

Order processing

We process orders on business days. Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away through our email at contact@louessa.com: we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

Taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection for $1.99. It covers your order against loss, theft and damage in transit: if that happens, contact us with your order number and we'll replace your order or refund you.
